Help Center
Quick Setup Checklist
- Run as Administrator – Right–click the HiddenPro executable and choose “Run as administrator.” This ensures Windows grants microphone, screenshot, and global hotkey access.
- Allow‑list the app – Add the folder or executable to your antivirus/EDR allow list so real‑time protection doesn’t block audio capture or screenshot storage. HiddenPro AI is signed by Tachara LLC using an SSN.com code‑signing certificate, so SmartScreen should show the publisher, but allow‑listing prevents repeated prompts.
- Sign in once – Use the same HiddenPro credentials you created in the billing dashboard or web assistant. All products share the account.
Modern UI Overview
The Modern UI is the compact desktop window that stays out of the way while you work, watch videos, or interview. From top to bottom it contains:
- Toolbar – Buttons for Mic, System Audio, Screenshot, Process Photo, Settings, Logout, and Minimize.
- Ask Me Anything box – The primary text input for typing questions.
- Recent Questions dropdown – Reuse or edit previously asked prompts.
- Screenshot thumbnail strip – Shows the most recent captures with quick delete controls.
- Status bar – Displays the current action (“Ready,” “Processing query…,” “Listening to system audio…”) and the query counter.
Toolbar Buttons
- Mic – Starts or stops listening to your microphone. Use it when you want to speak instead of typing. Active sessions transcribe your speech and send it to the AI as a question.
- System Audio – When available, HiddenPro listens to the system output (meetings, webinars, videos) instead of the mic. Perfect for summarizing what other people are saying in real time.
- Screenshot – Captures the screen and appends the image to the screenshot list. Ideal for error dialogs, slides, browser pages, or test questions.
- Process Photo – Runs your current prompt plus all captured screenshots through the selected analysis mode (combined or per-image). Use it after staging screenshots to ask “What is happening here?” or “How do I answer this?”
- Settings – Opens the configuration dialog for personalization, sound, keyboard shortcuts, provider presets, etc.
- Logout – Signs you out of HiddenPro and closes the current session.
- Minimize – Hides the window so you can keep working while HiddenPro stays ready in the tray.
Ask Me Anything Box
- Type any question (coding, theory, writing, interview prep, etc.).
- Press Enter to send immediately or Shift+Enter for a new line.
- Answers stream into the Output Window so you can keep the main UI focused on capturing content.
Recent Questions Dropdown
- Shows the most recent prompts from the current session.
- Selecting an item copies it back into the input box so you can resend it or edit and refine before submitting.
Screenshot Thumbnails & “Clear All”
- The thin strip under the input shows miniature previews for each captured screenshot.
- Click the X on a thumbnail to remove it individually.
- Use Clear All to remove the entire batch before capturing new images.
Status Bar
- Located at the bottom of the window.
- Displays realtime status (processing, waiting, listening).
- Shows when recording is active and how many questions you have left for the current plan tier.
Output Window
The Output Window is a separate floating window where AI answers appear. It is optimized for reading while you keep other applications visible.
What appears in the Output Window:
- Heard Questions panel (if voice capture is active) – Suggested questions based on live speech.
- Main answer area – Includes “You:” (your prompt) and “HiddenPro AI:” with formatted text, bullet points, and syntax-highlighted code.
- Formatting toolbar – Adjust font size and basic styling for readability.
- Clear / Copy buttons – Wipe the transcript or copy everything to the clipboard.
Behavior highlights:
- The window pops up after the first answer or whenever a voice/image workflow runs.
- It remembers size and position between sessions.
- Answers stream live for both typed and voice-triggered requests.
Heard Questions (Voice Suggestions)
When Mic or System Audio listening is active, HiddenPro constantly transcribes what it hears. Potential follow-ups appear as suggestion cards in the Output Window.
Each card includes:
- The suggested question text.
- Accept – Sends that question immediately, removes the card, and the answer is added to history.
- Skip – Dismisses the suggestion without sending anything.
The panel hides automatically once all suggestions are cleared.
Settings Dialog Breakdown
Open Settings from the toolbar to fine-tune your experience.
Resume / Professional Profile
- Paste a short biography or resume (1–3 paragraphs). HiddenPro answers in the first person and references your background when appropriate.
- Edits persist locally; clear the text to return to generic responses. AI Model Profiles & Providers
- The Model Preset drop-down lists every provider/model combo currently unlocked (OpenAI, Grok, Gemini, etc.).
- Selecting a preset locks in both the chat and vision model, and the app logs the choice for debugging. Refresh after adding new API keys to expose more presets. Sound / Microphone
- Mic Sensitivity (1–100) – Raise it if your voice is quiet; lower it to ignore background noise.
- Voice Profile (Quiet / Balanced / Loud) – Adds profile-specific DSP before transcription.
- Mic Gain Boost (-12 dB to +24 dB) – Hardware-style gain for the capture chain. Increase carefully to avoid clipping.
- Noise Suppression – Enables lightweight suppression before audio leaves your PC.
- Speech-to-Text Provider – Shows which API handles transcription; switch providers from the same dialog if multiple keys are present.
- Audio Devices – Pick exact mic and speaker inputs, then click Refresh after plugging in new gear. The status label confirms how many devices Windows exposed. Default Programming Language
- Choose the language HiddenPro should use for examples (Python, JavaScript, C, etc.).
- Use the “Other” textbox for niche languages. The selection persists between sessions. Extras
- Answer Style – Toggle between short summaries and detailed, step-by-step answers with code.
- Whisper/API Model Overrides – Select alternative speech-to-text models if your vendor offers them.
- Resume Mirror – The same text box appears in the main UI for quick edits during a session.
Support & Logging
An api.log file is always created next to the executable, so you can send logs for debugging without hunting through system folders.
Send logs plus screenshots to info@hiddenproai.online for priority support.
Quick setup checklist
- Run as Administrator — Right-click
HiddenPro AI.exeand choose “Run as administrator.” This helps Windows grant microphone, screenshot, and global hotkey access. - Allow-list the app — Add the app folder or executable to your antivirus/EDR allow list so real-time protection does not block audio capture or screenshots. HiddenPro AI is signed by Tachara LLC (SSN.com code-signing certificate); SmartScreen should show the publisher, but allow-listing reduces repeated prompts.
- Sign in or start the free trial — Use the same HiddenPro credentials from the billing dashboard, or tap Start Free Trial on first launch (no account required).
- Review Settings — After launch, open Settings to confirm audio devices, resume/profile text, shortcuts, and screen-share privacy.
Recommended Windows security setup
Do not turn off Windows Defender Firewall or real-time protection for the whole PC just to run HiddenPro. That weakens your system more than necessary.
Safer steps:
- Keep the portable build in a trusted folder (for example
Desktop\HiddenPro AI). - If SmartScreen or antivirus blocks the app, use More info → Run anyway or add the folder to that product’s allow list (if your organization permits).
- If Windows Firewall prompts for network access, allow HiddenPro AI instead of disabling the firewall globally.
Plans & query limits
Every plan includes the same desktop features (voice, screenshots, meeting notes, output window). Only usage limits differ:
- Free trial — 10 queries per device (lifetime, no login required on first launch).
- Premium — 500 queries per billing period at $10/month.
Chat, coding, reasoning, and screenshot analysis are routed through OpenAI models configured for your tier. The status bar shows how many queries remain.
