What does HiddenPro actually do?
It is a Windows desktop meeting notes app with an AI assistant. Start Meeting Notes on a call, get a live transcript, then a summary with key points, decisions, and action items. Afterward you can ask follow up questions about what was said.
Is there a Mac, Linux, or mobile version?
No. HiddenPro runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64 bit) only. There is no macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android build, and none is planned. On another platform you'd need a Windows machine or a Windows VM.
Do I need permission to record a meeting?
Yes, when the law or your workplace requires it. Tell participants you are taking notes, and follow your company’s recording policy. HiddenPro does not join the call as a bot; it captures audio playing on your PC when you start Meeting Notes.
Where do I download the app?
From your dashboard. There's no public download link — create a free account, sign in, and the latest Windows build is there, along with your query balance and billing.
Is the download safe?
The build is portable and the executable is code signed via SSL.com. If Windows SmartScreen or your antivirus asks, confirm the publisher. There is a walkthrough in the Help Center.
Will it auto renew?
No. Each Premium payment gives you 30 days of access. Nothing renews unless you choose to pay for another billing period.
Where is my data stored?
Preferences, work context, and meeting notes are stored locally on your PC. Clearing them in Settings changes how the assistant responds immediately. See the Privacy Policy.
