What we build

HiddenPro AI is a Windows desktop meeting notes app with a built in AI assistant. It transcribes your calls live, writes up key points, decisions, and action items when the meeting ends, and answers follow up questions with the conversation still in context.

We built it for people who spend their day in meetings and would rather stay present on the call than type notes through it.

How we think about it

• Your notes stay on your PC. Transcripts, summaries, meeting history, and settings are stored locally unless you export them.
• Used in the open. HiddenPro is a note taking companion, not a hidden overlay. Tell people you are taking notes and follow the recording rules that apply to you.
• Simple pricing. 5 free queries with an account, then Premium at $10/month for 500 queries per billing period. No auto renew.
• A signed Windows build. The executable is code signed via SSL.com, so you can verify who published it.
